Description: The Great Western Bicycle Rally will celebrate our 48th year next Memorial Day weekend. With both supported and unsupported rides, the Rally offers heavenly roads to all levels of cyclists. Included in the event is the Velo de Femme Women’s ride, as well as the challenging Great Western 100 Century and Metric Century. Camping, social events, kids bicycle roadeo, vendor marketplace and other cycling activities take place over the weekend.

Motherlode Century

Description: Rolling through ranch and farmlands with the occasional vineyard the Motherlode Century takes you through some of Northern California’s most beautiful landscapes. The 31 mile loop is an easy pedal with a fantastic panoramic view of the valley, while the 67 and 100 mile loops add a remote canyon with two challenging climbs and awe inspiring scenery.

SAG support with (depending on loop) a breakfast stop, lunch stop, three aid stations and an awesome riverside post-ride BBQ dinner. Stay in our camp, or choose other relaxing camping or lodging options in the scenic Coloma Valley.

California Classic Weekend Century

Description: Ride the Freeway to California’s Year Round Playground! Cyclist have the choice of either a Century, Metric or 35-Mile Mini Metric ride. Starting in Chukchansi’s AAA Stadium, ten miles of this unique ride will utilize Freeway 168, which will be closed to vehicle traffic. Our thanks go out to the Fresno Police Department, California Highway Patrol, Caltrans and Alert-o-lite.
This year’s event is dedicated to the memory of Crystel Stanford and Team Donate Life “Crystel’s Gift”. (Organ Donor Program)

Half Metric (35 miles, 823 ft climb, $65)

The ride is followed by a festival at the Lagunitas Brewing Company. The festival is open to non riders and kids.

Description: RIDE FOR A REASON is an annual bike ride to Sacramento to draw attention to the budget crisis for public schools in California, and to raise essential funds for school enrichment programs in Oakland. Last year, 120 riders pedaled from Oakland to the steps of the State Capitol to protest the massive cuts in funding for education. Parents, teachers and community members are riding again this year to raise funds and public awareness in this cause.
JOIN US ON MAY 12TH FOR FULLY SUPPORTED 45-, 60-, AND 100-MILE RIDES to the State Capitol in Sacramento. All riders are encouraged to raise $250 or more in donations to help us achieve our fundraising goal!
Our 60 and 100 mile rides will run like traditional Century rides, our 45-mile ride for families and children will go in one or two organized groups with experienced ride leaders.

Description: The Stockton Bicycle Club invites you to its 34th Delta Century. Bucolic Jessie’s Grove Winery, 1973 West Turner Road, Lodi, will host the event that traverses the rural roads of the San Joaquin Valley. Flat quarter, metric and full century loops cover scenic vineyard, farm and Delta Roads-and a ferry ride across Steamboat Slough (metric and full centuries)-with rewarding rest stops along the way. Fee includes maps and route sheets, pre-ride tech support, SAG vehicles, HAM radio support, fully stocked rest stops, catered post ride meal. Proceeds from the event benefit local charities.
